
All Tonitto's production is now concentrated in its modern factory on the Genoa-Campi industrial site and covers about 10,000 sq.m, 7,000 of which are covered.
Our business employs a highly efficient and qualified staff made up of 23 professionals, supported by a varying number of valid outside operators during peak production periods.
The high tech plants and high performance machinery yield a productive capacity of 5,000 litres/hour to adequately and rapidly cover orders from our domestic and foreign customers.
As from this year we also have two additional deep freezers so that we have increased our production capacity by as much as 2,000 litres/h.
Our production, divided between ice creams and frozen cakes reaches Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Holland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Rumania, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Malta and Japan through the Great Organized Distribution and FoodService chains, which absorb about 60% while the remaining 40% is distributed in Italy.
Tonitto products reach the markets both with our brand name and with other private brand names for which we create personalized recipes, this being due to the high degree of operational flexibility and dynamism of our logistic and productive structures. |
